How to Pitch Your Features like A CEO

One of the quintessential job of a product owner is to create a shared understanding within the company. When the requirements are clear and everyone is persuaded to be on the same team, the customers win. Martha Winata, a product manager and a startup pitch coach, will discuss ways to bridge this gap by observing parallels of pitching a feature and pitching a company. In this talk, we will explore the reality of short feature discovery phase and how that affects communications with various roles within the team.
