How to Pitch Your Features like A CEO
One of the quintessential job of a product owner is to create a shared understanding within the company. When the requirements are clear and everyone is persuaded to be on the same team, the customers win. But most of the time, this is very hard since everybody has too many things to do, there are too few people in the team and zero process.
Martha Winata, a product manager and a startup pitch coach, will discuss ways to bridge this gap by observing parallels of pitching a feature and pitching a company. In this talk, we will explore the reality of short feature discovery phase and how that affects communications with various roles within the team.
